Mushroom Noodles Recipe: When you hear the name of Mushroom Noodles, you may be shocked to hear one thing. Traditional noodles are usually eaten as street food, although noodles are prepared in many ways. One such way is to prepare noodles with mushrooms. Mushroom noodles are not only full of taste, but nutrients are present in abundance in mushrooms, due to which this recipe of noodles, which is generally considered harmful for the body, becomes good for health. Let us tell you that many elements including fiber, vitamins are present in mushrooms.

Ingredients for Mushroom Noodles
Noodles – 1 packet
Mushroom chopped – 1/2 cup
Mix veg chopped – 1 cup
Ginger grated – 1/2 tsp
Onion chopped – 1
Garlic chopped – 1 tsp
Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Tomato Sauce – 1 tsp
Soya Sauce – 1/2 tsp
Chili Sauce – 1/4 tsp
Vinegar – 1/4 tsp
Oil – 3 tsp
Salt – as per taste

How to make Mushroom Noodles
To make mushroom noodles, first take a packet of noodles and boil them by putting them in water. After this, drain the water of the noodles through a sieve and keep them aside. After this cut mushrooms, garlic and onions into pieces. Now put 1 tsp oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. After the oil is hot, add chopped mushrooms and fry them. After frying for 1-2 minutes, add black pepper and salt according to taste and mix it and after cooking for some time, turn off the gas.

Now take another wok and heat 2 tsp oil in it. After the oil is hot, add finely chopped onion, garlic and mixed veg (you can use vegetables according to your choice) and fry it. After roasting for 1-2 minutes, add boiled noodles to it and mix it well with the help of a ladle.

After this add chili sauce, soy sauce and tomato sauce on top and mix. Now add fried mushrooms to this mixture and add salt as per taste. After cooking for a few minutes, add vinegar to it and switch off the gas. Your delicious and healthy mushroom noodles are ready. It can be made and eaten in breakfast or anytime during the day.
