Ingredients for making Falsa chutney
Phalsa – 1/2 kg
Jaggery – 1/2 bowl
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Black salt – as per taste
Plain salt – as per taste
How to make Falsa Chutney
To make Falsa chutney, first of all take the Phalsa and wash them thoroughly in clean water. After this, heat water in a vessel and boil the Phalse by adding water to it. When the false boils well, then turn off the gas and filter them with the help of a sieve and keep them aside to cool down. After some time, when the false cool down, put them in a mixer jar and then grind them with the lid of the jar. Now sieve the prepared paste of Phalsa with a sieve, so that all the seeds of Phalsa are removed.

Now take a wok and keep it to heat on medium flame. When the wok becomes hot, put the paste of phalse in it. Keep stirring it with the help of a spoon until all the water present in the phalsa paste dries up. When the paste becomes thick, add jaggery, black salt, cumin powder and salt as per taste and mix it well. The water that will be released by adding jaggery, dry it completely while cooking. It will take 5-7 minutes to make the chutney. Now turn off the gas. Your delicious False chutney is ready. Serve it with food.
